Kit for lifting, not for show
- Calibrated and bumper plates, competition and training bars.
- Squat racks, competition platforms and a monolift.
- Strongman yard: atlas stones, yokes, logs and a farmers walk.
- Chalk allowed. Deadlifts encouraged. Drop the bar if you need to.
- Coaches on the floor for the classes, and around to spot a lift.
- Changing rooms, showers and secure lockers.
