What's on the floor

Kit for lifting, not for show

  • Calibrated and bumper plates, competition and training bars.
  • Squat racks, competition platforms and a monolift.
  • Strongman yard: atlas stones, yokes, logs and a farmers walk.
  • Chalk allowed. Deadlifts encouraged. Drop the bar if you need to.
  • Coaches on the floor for the classes, and around to spot a lift.
  • Changing rooms, showers and secure lockers.

No sign up form, no hard sell. Book by phone or a DM, and a coach shows you the floor.

    Your first session is free. A coach walks you round the floor and lifts with you.

    Month to month, six months or a year. No contract, cancel any time.

    Train on your own from 6am, or join a coached class through the week.
