What each one is for
Beginners barbell
Monday and Thursday, 18:30. Learn the squat, bench and deadlift from the ground up. No experience needed.
Olympic lifting
Tuesday, 19:00. Snatch, clean and jerk with coach Aine Brennan, a national record holder.
Strongman open floor
Saturday, 10:00. Stones, yokes and logs. Come and try the events with the group.

Your coach
Aine Brennan
Olympic lifting coach, national record holder
Aine coaches the Tuesday olympic lifting class. She holds a national record and has spent years under the bar, so she knows how to teach the snatch and the clean and jerk to lifters at every level.
Her class is technical and patient. You will drill positions, build confidence and leave lifting better than you came in.
