When you use the enquiry form or message us, we collect your name, email, phone number and anything you choose to tell us about your training. That is it.

Why we collect it

We use your details only to answer your enquiry, book your first session and, if you join, manage your membership. We do not sell your information or share it for marketing.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and membership records for as long as we need them to run the gym and meet our legal and tax obligations, then we delete them.

Your rights

You can ask to see the information we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. Email train@ironworksclub.ie and we will sort it.
